Tanzarine Technology is a small, independent software development and Internet technology consultancy established in 1999, specialising in Java, XML, databases and related technologies working in a variety of environments using both conventional and Agile techniques, particularly:

• Web authentication and authorisation techniques

• Consultancy and development for SMEs

The company, established in 1999, is owned and operated by Neil Pellinacci, who had previously worked for 15 years in a range of information technology disciplines. This work covered areas such as device drivers, I/O executives and tape backup software, insurance application software development and database design, as well as design and development of web based applications, all based on a solid background of software development both commercially and academically.
